Welcome Well dear friends here we are today a glorious day indeed. We are sitting at +30C converted to Imperial that is a lovely 86 degrees. For us that means near perfect. For my self I like it a little cooler down into the +20 or 70 degree range. I guess that is part of the reason I lived so long in the far north of Canada. So please gather around help yourself to the array of snacks and treats. Be sure and get a cup of something. For me it is a fresh cup of Chaga. For those who have been praying for this issue in my back, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can feel your prayers and concern. I will keep you posted as to what is happening... hugs attached The Unexplained Do you every have those, "What is that moments." Recently a had a small painting project, I like to call them a "Splash and Dash" job with just any old paint. I choose from a few cans, gave it a few minutes on the shaker. When I pulled the lid off this is what I found. The other very obvious thing was the paint was far to old to be of any use. Personally I think there was a real artist hiding in the can because this is what he gave me. I can see many different things in here. Lets see, stormy sky, mountain range peeking through the clouds, a whale frolicking in the surf... etc etc. I can well imagine you can see far more so if you like please leave a comment. I did find another can of paint and by the way that served the purpose well. Nature Provides She can and will give you the best along with her worst. These are in my front flower beds and they are amazing. They usually flower in mid to late June and will continue to flower late into the fall. They seem to defy natures call to go to rest as they are capable of withstanding heavy frost. They just keep flowering. Side by Side These two grow vertually side by side, another variety but so soft and tender. They get the message and slip away into hibernation at the first sign of cold. They got the memo and quietly shed the last of their petals. Yet Another Beauty Soft, gentle fragrant and just being what it is called to be. How do we differ from what we are called to be. What changes us from simply loving and caring for others. Vibrant and Yet Tender Can we be the same. Can we be present and the same with all people. We do change depending on who comes into our lives. Maybe we need to search and find the reason we change. Is it ourselves or is it the other. Beautiful but Toxic It is wild, inviting and yet dangerous. Certainly a pleasure to look at, we need to find what is toxic in life. What is holding you back from living openly and freely, what causes you to withdraw and pull back. Erosion A few years ago while living on one of the Gulf Coast Islands off the west coast of Canada I found this rock formation which made me sit and ponder relations in life. It spoke to me very clearly the importance of staying strong and holding onto what is important in life. Should there be something or someone in your life which is eroding your joy, then it is time to act. There are many ways but the best approach is be honest. You have to ask yourself if that which is causing you pain and strife in your life, is it worth it. If so and it can not be resolved then it is time it be left behind. As long as it has a hold on you it will hold you back and you will never become who you are meant to be. If you are the reason then it is you who has to change. © Rolly A. Chabot
